50mm Propeller Shaft Seal by Tor Marine

Discover great value with the 50mm Propeller Shaft Seal by Tor Marine, crafted for durability and ease of use. This high-precision mechanical shaft seal integrates premium 316 stainless steel with graphite for unparalleled performance.

Installation is straightforward; the stainless steel ring, securely attached with headless screws, rotates seamlessly with the shaft, while the graphite component remains stationary. Designed for versatility, this mechanical seal is compatible with sterntubes using a rubber sleeve held in place by clamps. The standard size for the rubber sleeve on a sterntube is 87 mm, but it can also accommodate sterntubes measuring 70 mm, 2½ inch, or 3 inch with appropriate reductions.

For added functionality, consider pairing it with a bronze shaft seal adapter equipped with a water-lubricated bearing (refer to codes 4900635 to 4900680).
