Product Overview

This high-performance freshwater pressure system, often referred to as an autoclave, is designed for vessels ranging from 14 to 25 meters. It provides consistent water pressure for essential onboard facilities such as showers, sinks, kitchens, and toilets.

Installation Guidelines

For optimal functionality, please follow these recommendations:

• Install a check valve on the suction line to avoid backflow issues.
• If the system has been inactive for an extended time, ensure that the internal tank pressure is at or below 0.2 bar of the minimum calibration pressure of the pressure switch.

Features

Our freshwater pressure system is equipped with:

• An electric pump variant, including J-mini, J-INOX, JBR, or PB (for detailed performance and voltage info, refer to the specifications).
• A selection of tank options: a 2-liter stainless steel cylindrical tank (2X), a 2-liter painted steel tank with stainless steel flange (2L), an 8-liter stainless steel tank (8X), or an 8-liter painted rolled steel tank with stainless steel flange (8L). All options include a food-grade butyl internal membrane.
• A standard adjustable pressure switch (1.4 to 2.8 bar as per specifications).
• A pressure gauge for easy monitoring.
• A 5-way brass connector for straightforward installation.

Usage Precautions

Ensure that the liquid is devoid of solid particles.

Allowed liquid temperature range: +0 to +50°C (up to +70°C for PB and JBR series).

Maximum static pressure within the pump: 6 bar.
