For optimal operation, please consider the following recommendations:

• Incorporate a check valve within the suction line.
• Before long periods of inactivity, ensure the internal tank pressure is set to the minimum calibration pressure or 0.2 bar below the pressure switch's minimum setting.

Construction Details

These pressure systems come with the following features:

• Electric pump options include types J-mini, J-INOX, JBR, or PB (specific power and voltage details available in the specifications).
• Tank options include a 2-liter cylindrical stainless steel tank (2X), a 2-liter painted steel tank with a stainless steel flange (2L), an 8-liter stainless steel tank (8X), or an 8-liter painted steel tank with a stainless steel flange (8L). Each tank includes a food-grade quality internal butyl rubber membrane.
• An adjustable pressure switch calibrated between 1.4 and 2.8 bar as per specifications.
• A pressure gauge.
• A robust 5-way brass connection.

Operating Conditions

The fluid being pumped must be free of solid particles.

Temperature limits for liquids: +0 to +50°C (up to +70°C for PB and JBR series).

The maximum static pressure that the pump body can withstand is 6 bar.
