Ercem GV Imperial Shaft Mechanical Seals

Discover the Ercem GV Mechanical Seals, expertly crafted for high precision and durability. Made from a robust combination of 316 Stainless Steel and Graphite, these seals ensure easy installation and maintenance.

The unique design features a rotating ring of 316L stainless steel and a stationary graphite ring, complemented by a nitrile sleeve reinforced with Kevlar fiber. This advanced construction provides optimal sealing performance, making it ideal for vessels cruising at speeds over 20 knots.

The GV variant includes a hose connector for effective water lubrication, preventing vacuum in the stuffing box or shaft housing and ensuring consistent operation. The seal's reliable contact eliminates the need for grease or additional gaskets, adapting seamlessly to misalignment and minimizing wear on the shaft.

Effortlessly set it up on your shaft housing tube or stuffing box head and enjoy long-lasting performance.
