This advanced turbine filter uses a unique three-stage filtration process:

Stage One: Separation

As fuel flows into the filter system, it enters the turbine's centrifuge, which effectively separates larger solids and water droplets, directing them to the base of the collection bowl.

Stage Two: Coalescence

Here, smaller water droplets gather along the chamber walls and the filter element. Once their mass increases, they settle into the bottom of the collection container.

Stage Three: Filtration

The filter's Aquabloc technology captures rust, algae, and dirt particles from the fuel. Unlike conventional elements that absorb water, Aquabloc is water-resistant and offers enhanced durability and efficiency.

Included with the Racor 1000MA is a robust clear bowl and a 10-micron filter element, guaranteeing exceptional performance. It boasts a maximum flow rate of 681 LPH with a 7/8"-14 UNF connection, accommodating high-demand filtration scenarios. Replacement Racor turbine elements (series 2020) are available with various micron ratings, featuring a diameter of 110 mm and a height of 249 mm.
