Delivery Timeline
Your order will leave our facility in the Canary Islands, then be transferred to our logistics hub in Galicia, Spain, allowing us to ship across Europe without incurring customs fees. Delivery generally takes 12-14 working days, though it may take up to 20 days in some cases. Please note that orders sent outside the EU may face additional customs charges. If you wish to cancel your order after it has reached the “Canary Islands – Galicia” transit stage, a handling fee of 30% will be applied.

Return Policy
Non-Refundable Items: Customized items such as ropes, chains, profiles, hoses, etc., are not eligible for return.
Initiating a Return
- Log in to your Nova Argonautica account to start your return request.
- Locate the order in question and click “Request Return.”
- Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason.
- If you are not returning any items, choose your refund method and hit “Submit.”
- For returning products, use a courier service at your own cost and ensure to include tracking information.
- Monitor the return status via your order details or through Nova’s notifications.
Return Shipping Information
Please be aware that return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to an error on our part, in which case we will cover the costs. Otherwise, we will deduct a 30% fee from your refundable amount to cover our initial shipping expenses from the Canary Islands.

Invoices are issued in US dollars from our headquarters in the United States. You can download your invoice directly from your Nova Argonautica customer dashboard.
