- For 94% of orders within Europe, we need 3 business days to prepare the order and 5 business days to deliver.
Outside Europe
- For 85% of orders outside Europe, we need 7 business days for preparation and customs processing, plus 7 business days for delivery.
Delivery time statistics for 2025
- 94% of orders over €150: 2 business days for preparation + 3 business days for delivery within Europe
- 85% of orders under €150: 7 business days for preparation + 3 business days for delivery within Europe
Please do not place an order if you cannot meet these delivery timelines. Order cancellations incur a 30% penalty, with no exceptions.

Before completing your purchase, please review our terms and conditions of sale to ensure our processes, delivery times, and return policies meet your expectations.
All orders placed on nova-argonautica.com are processed under a Supply Contract. By clicking “Confirm Order,” you confirm that your order is governed by this contract and you accept the related terms and conditions.
About Nova Argonautica
We have supplied boat spare parts since 2001. Each year, we process about 22,000 orders and ship to 45+ countries, mainly across Europe.
Return conditions
Returns are not free.
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you initiate the return, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and we will deduct 30% from your refund to cover handling and processing.
You have 30 working days from delivery to request a return. Contact our Logistics Department at [email protected], and we will send you the return form.
Return requirements:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns for items that show use, damage, or tampering.
- Custom-cut items (ropes, chains, profiles, hoses, etc.) cannot be returned.
Important note (delivery inspection)
Please inspect the package and contents on arrival. We check all items before dispatch and do not ship defective or damaged products.
If the package arrives in poor condition, reject it or open it in front of the courier. If you see any issues, write “Pending review” on the delivery note. This is required for us to address shipping damage claims.
Invoices and VAT
Prices include VAT. We cannot remove taxes. EU online sellers must declare and pay taxes in the destination country.
